Client-side cross-border ecommerce expertise for UK, Germany and DACH expansion.
ABOUT ECOMDE
eComDe Limited is a client-side cross-border ecommerce and market-entry consultancy for established brands expanding between the UK, Germany and DACH. We help businesses determine the right route to market, identify commercial and operational blockers, and coordinate what needs to happen from initial market-entry decisions through implementation and launch.
Why eComDe
Cross-border expansion rarely fails because of one isolated issue. Marketplaces, retailers, product data, localisation, logistics, systems, compliance requirements and internal teams all need to work together. eComDe was created to help businesses see the whole market-entry picture, identify where the real dependencies sit and establish a practical route from decision to operation.
Client-side by design
eComDe works on the client side of the expansion. We are not tied to a predetermined marketplace, platform, fulfilment model or agency solution. The objective is to determine what the business actually requires, establish clear ownership and coordinate the appropriate internal teams and specialist providers around that plan.
Cross-border ecommerce is cross-functional
Route to market
Commercial and operational readiness
Marketplaces and retailers

Founder-led expertise
eComDe was founded by Jean-Pierre Mund, a German-native, UK-based cross-border ecommerce and marketplace consultant specialising in Germany, DACH, the wider EU and UK. His work combines market-entry strategy with the operational detail required to make expansion work in practice, including marketplace and retailer readiness, localisation, product data, compliance, fulfilment, onboarding and cross-border operational problem-solving.
That experience led to eComDe’s client-side model: establishing what the business actually needs, identifying the dependencies between workstreams and coordinating implementation without forcing the expansion into a predetermined platform, channel or operating model. Where specialist legal, tax, regulatory or technical expertise is required, it is brought into the wider delivery plan as needed.
